I also planted something called a lemon cuke and I'm really excited about it


I may pickle some green tomatoes and banana peppers too

supposedly these just taste like regular cucumbers, but are shaped like a lemon.

I like to fry the pickled green tomatoes!
and I've had pickled okra, I've tried all the high end pickles, but the shitty cheap quart of pickled okra at walmart is still the best honestly.
I don't grow okra cuz it takes too many plants to get a decent crop.
never tried pickled cactus, what kind of cactus is it?
