Yep, its totally fine to go from counting every day in the beginning too, and then either just count some stuff, some days, or never, cus as long as u know ish what is in ur food so u don't just eat big amounts of very calorie dense food all the time, u should be fine still, even tho ur not as strict

Yeah I think uh, thats why I think just being aware of calories is good for most ppl, even tho they might be normal bmi and just want to stay there, cus I see so many ppl being surprised when they actually start counting, esp high fat stuff like cheese, nuts, avocado etc think i was just surprised about how much it actually was
