i can't swollow pain killers either as i have a constant tonsils swollen due to suffering from chronice tonsillitis since the age 10 so (coming up to 15 years lol)

think there's alvedon that melts in ur mouth, have u tried those? they taste "comme si comme ca" but they do the trick i think!
