some type of rejection, likely yes. but more like..... being afraid of failing to meet my own standards rather than being rejected by a friend group etc. not sure if that makes sense? anyway, some relaxed group activity such a drama/theatre might help if you feel comfortable w trying something like that out. ppl there are usually pretty chill as well, so you might find some new friends etc in the process as well
