aah yeah i don't eat breakfast but i wouldn't mind doing so at like, 10 o'clock.. maybe should try and do that. but i do feel kinda dead afterwards, eating bread and eggs and things like that.. but maybe some fruits would help with that hmm
breakfast is the most important meal of the day after all, so if you're currently not having anything, i would recommend trying to at least eat something in the morning. If you're not used to eating in the morning, start with something small until you build up the hunger and want for food at that time of the day. And if bread and eggs isn't your thing, try something else! there's no right or wrong for what to have - smoothies, breakfast bowls of potatoes and veggies, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, porridge - just start somewhere and see what you enjoy 💕
aaah yeah that might be a good idea, i do enjoy smoothies and don't find them too challenging so that might do that trick !! thanks for the advice <33 kinda excited to try and live without coffee for a while now
