Caffeine and an anxiety disorder don’t go well together so I don’t drink coffee or any energy drinks
I usually drink tea for breakfeast and it helps a lot
Besides what I eat/drink I always use a bright light lamp in the morning and it really wakes me up & gives me energy for the day

aaah yeah i actually have a lamp that simulates day light or something !! should use it more

and yeah i feel u, i had to avoid redbull when i was having more anxiety than usual and i was like damn can't i have anything fun in my life

Honestly my body just can't handle caffeine, if I on rare occasions have an energy drink, I drink it over the course of like 3 hours or my stomach will b upset. 

In regards to staying alert and not getting tired, a decent sleep schedule is really underrated, if I have to get this done, I try to sleep before 10pm 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I think a lot of it comes down to just getting used to live without caffeine, and have a detox period

breakfast is the most important meal of the day after all, so if you're currently not having anything, i would recommend trying to at least eat something in the morning. If you're not used to eating in the morning, start with something small until you build up the hunger and want for food at that time of the day. And if bread and eggs isn't your thing, try something else! there's no right or wrong for what to have - smoothies, breakfast bowls of potatoes and veggies, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, porridge - just start somewhere and see what you enjoy 💕

yeah i do get into a good sleeping schedule when i'm in school i think, sleeping around 7 hours per night, but i guess i just feel very dead in the beginning of the day and have a hard time to "get started" without coffee. and also after lunch, i just want to nap hahaha

but yeah, the detox period will be interesting (if i manage to go through with it)

i try to study 50 minutes with 10 minute breaks until lunchtime. i could take a walk after i eat i guess but i kinda feel tired from having fresh air sometimes, feeling like taking a nap hah.. but guess it could be a good way to not feel so full after eating feels like a 50/50 shot if i feel more or less tired after the walks i have

smoothies is a really great thing to start with! just remember that it will probably take some time for your body to adjust to getting the energy from food rather than caffeine, and that you might not get the same spark of energy right away, so don't get discouraged if you're feeling awful in the beginning.
