hey so, i don't think you can use this for light therapy because it only goes up to 315 lux. light therapy lamps need to be at least 2500 lux for it to work. though if you're just looking for a normal lamp then it's whatever

i just need one of those things that wake u up w light and works

So did I, back then I lived in the literal outback, and we had one, for free if u were under 18 even! So it’s worth a google at least
