I visited for the first time my dad's grandparents home last December and it felt so weird when they haven't been there together. My granddad from my dad's side lives nowadays in a rest home because he is mentally ill nowadays. He is also 93 years old.

My grandma and mom were both teen moms so my gran is only 63 (turning 64 next month). My grandad is 68. Granddad going strong, but I think my grandma only has 5-10 years left, I think about it daily. She has copd and still smokes, shes not on oxygen yet but will be soon

so now only my mother's mother is left and she's at a point where she could make it another 3 months or another 3 years, it's that weird limbo where she's just deteriorating and the health is getting worse, but there's not telling how long people can make it
