me when i am available 7 days a week at any hour and no supermarket type store has ever given me an interview lol, they just automatically reject people who dont score 100% "correct" on their weird tests or something
I hate the tests sm, gotta take iq test for rema 1000 job bruh, took so long too. at least when I applied for kiwi (havent gotten an answer yet tho, but my friend who also applied hasnt gotten an answer either and he has had multiple grocery store and lager jobs before, including kiwi so it doesnt mean I have bene rejected yet I think)the test wasnt that long at least, and there was only 1 test compared to the 3 at rema 1000

They dont want full time employees cuz they dont want you to qualify for insurance 

Fortunately my store is union but they still cut hours all the time soooo 

Cuz labor is high

I'm in a student town and it was a job for students so I doubt that's the reason
