Yeah I think u have to stand outside by the hospital here too, I just visited a bigger one once and they had a huge room "outside" that was the smoke room but it didn't smell at all I guess cus they have fo ventilate it a lot (probably why it was so big also), I guess its so its so patients don't have to leave or go outside to smoke if they are staying for a while ouch wrote:
Yeah its illegal to smoke inside in norway I think unless its ur own house or a very ventilated smoke room certain places like some hospitals, but I think ur allowed at the outside seating at restaurants etc, but imo it shouldn't be tho, but bars are different, at least in the evening cus theres no children there at least
