There's a lot of ticks at our cabin and then I just check that I don't have any on me typ all the time bc i do not want lyme and i do not want to become allergic to meat or any of the other consequences u might get from tick bites. Yeah. I support that idea. For me it's just normal to do bc I've been warned so hard about the dangers of ticks since I was young. Funfact tho we left our cabin yesterday and there was a tick walking across my hand in the car after 2hrs and i was just like smash smash smash die pls die. There have actually been so many ticks this year. Like ive seen 10 over the last week all around. Normally I just spot 1 on my bunny. 
I think they have been breeding like crazey the past few years in norway at least, at my cabin now I don't dare walking the faster way when im going to the camping for example, cus I have to walk through very planty areas where you will touch all the plants when walking through, so its very easy to get bugs like ticks and other stuff on u. And I don't rlly sit near trees or tall plants where they can get to me, grass is fine cus I would assume I would notice if they crawled up my feet
