leaves a refrigerated item out
if it’s only semi cold when 
discovered by a store worker
it doesn’t matter what the exp date is
throw it away instead of 
returning it to the cooler
to be sold

Depends on workplace rules - it's very diff from each buisness. We only sell soda n drinks (coke, chocmilk etc ect) so those tend not to go bad.

But yes some places it is lazy if they stanbd out for a long time. But in larger stores it's hard to find every item when they're hidden between shelfs.
