What do u mean, I think they meant they got a letter or message or smth that they had to pay toll once it arrived. So paying to the toll agency or whatever, +customs clearance fees from the norwegian postal service if they were the once that were handling it, cus they take an extra fee just for the bother

oh, I thought the toll was something the seller asked for (like how they also ask for the postal fees)
but yeah, then that's kinda normal, the prices are wild in most countries since the new EU directives
