i even stated in my complaint that chocolate is chocolate so i ate the whole thing anyways but i expressed how deeply disappointed i was that it was missing the filling and that i dont feel confident buying their chocolate again incase the mistake will be repeated

The necessary amount of filling is exactly determined. Due to a technical failure it may in isolated cases occur that not enough or even no filling is added. Based on  an optical controlling system these respective products are usually separated from further production processes automatically. Furthermore the processes are monitored by our employees. It is even more regrettable that despite all the controlling measures the chocolate bar left the company and got into retail. 

We would like to send you a chocolatey present from our company as a thank you for your efforts. Therefor we need your adress.
