ok it might not be directly period fluid but it is a random assortment of fluids that came out of the ass of a bird

not a vegan but severely b12 defficient because of genetics (I literally have a defect that makes my body go nope when confronted to vitamin b12) and I take specific supplements for it
they exist and are even better than the regular vitamin multi-b ones because the dosage is higher
though never take them without a doctor checking in on your bloodwork, because there is something like too much vitamin b12

(also, in case anyone wonders, yeah, my body also doesn't absorb the supplements well, I've been on them for 3 years now, taking high doses daily but my blood works still stays the same or even gets worse, but nothing anyone can do about it)

isn't b12 one of the only vitamin supplements that you can't really overdose on, bc you just pee the extra supplements out? I'm not a doctor, and this isn't medical advice, but just what I've read in a vegetarian forum.

kinda, yes, but you still can get it too high if constantly taking too high a dose, especially if your renal function isn't 100% (which given a lot of people don't drink enough water and have general issues with the whole renal and urinary health thing is not always the case)
like it's difficult to overdose on it, but not impossible, especially if you keep on going once you take too much

vitamin b12 deficiency can cause anemia, so I'd say go get a complete bloodwork done and see from there, just speculation won't help you
there's a lot of reasons why your body may not doing well with vitamin b12 and that often is poor liver care (fatty food, alcohol, smoking) and some medication has an effect on it too
those reasons are way more likely than genetic defects
(but if you're curious, mine causes neuropathy, insulin resistance despite not eating a lot of glucose things and very shitty feet and hands (kind of making a claw motion when growing, my mum and aunt as well as my brother are more affected and they toes literally don't come out the front of their foot but on the top like claws because the tendons are so terribly short. imagine hammer toes but even more extreme and that from birth on)
