changing ur diet and exercise can change weight, working out can help with muscle gain which can change ur appearance. u can get plastic surgery to change ur face. u can get boob jobs, ass job, all this weird shit to change ur body. u can also wear makeup at any time for literally a new look every day. even just improving ur posture can be a difference to ur physical appearance. its small changes, but u can also pay for much bigger ones too

I think it's more ur mindset u gotta work on, than ur appearance actually being a problem, like the big majority of people don't fit into current beauty standards, but that doesn't make them ugly. 
Like I think especially if ur constantly verbalizing those thoughts ur just gonna make those feelings worse, especially on here!!Like it's good to try n work towards at least a neutral attitude abt ur looks. 

Also look into getting therapy like I'm not saying this in a 'lol get help' way but there's often more issues behind these kinda feelings.
Idk lol it makes me sad 2 see u make threads like this bc a few yrs ago it seemed like u were doing a lot better, but now u seem rly unhappy again.
