yes you're right but i don't think talking about racism in terms of minority and majority is useful because being a minority does not necessarily correlate to harm

like white people are the minority by a significant degree in south africa but i think most people would agree apartheid was a pretty racist phenomenon 

but i do think it's worthwhile to look at race in its context and by and large a lot of discourse around racism is centered on europe and the US ... but at the same time i'd argue that even taking a more nuanced look at race white people are usually not taking the short end of the stick when it comes to racism

What I mean is as a black person here, it’s always amusing to read these types of threads.
there’s really no point to participate in the discussion..it’s overlooked.
I’m guessing that those who know so much about the black experience discuss racism with poc irl and it’s not limited to from what they’ve read here and there.

Depends who you ask but generally speaking no, if you don't consider Levantine people white then no Jews are white. However, if you do then yeah, I guess Jews are white but even that probably doesn't cover it all because many Jews spent the diaspora in the middle east, north Africa and Ethiopia, among other places that aren't Europe. And then there are Jews that spent part of the diaspora in Latin America, so it gets really confusing. Basically no, most Jews wouldn't consider themselves white, especially non American Jews.
