DV can happen once. it usually happens regularly. but it absolutely can happen only once. domestic violence is any violent act that takes place between two people in a romantic partnership.

Well Depp should've sued her before it all went down.
Heard filed in for temporary restraining order, got divorce and divorce settlement worthy of 7m USD. Wrote an op-ed, gave face to domestic violence.
Depp didnt talk when he had the change, he wanted to let it go, didnt wanna make her suffer, he let it all happen and when it was happening it was already too late for him to tell his part of the story and now he has lost several millions.

However the case since its defamation Depp can be deemed quilty even if he had even once used self defence because therefore it gives Heard the right for the op-ed and the article is true.

anyway I think it's unfair to sue amber because it was already settled. he was hoping that the whole thing would die down after the settlement and he's angry that it didn't. amber abusing him or not abusing him is irrelevant because he could have easily made his own op-ed if he wanted to. he's smart though, cause the trial will convince more people

Oooh sorry I didn't know. But yeah he will probably lose sadly, I think he knows that and just wanted to tell his story, I think most of it is true but maybe there's some stuff he isn't telling us since this case is just so fragile...still think it's only self defence though.
