rather i think she's in the right to defend herself, as he's the one suing her for defamation, when in reality she never mentioned his name but ppl concluded out from images and events fast that her injuries and the tumult could only have happened meanwhile they were married.

in that way, she's merely defending her own right to call out her abuser. he's then counter claiming this by saying he was the one being abused (even tho mutual abuse isn't real and can never be applied to a relationship like this + he has shown aggressive and abusive behavior from before she was even born).
those claims have however been debunked even by himself unwittingly because he's a dumbass (thru texts, documents and videos).

this domestic abuse and defamation trial has been sensationalised and made misogyny "okay" in many ways online because now the men who barely can conceal their hatred of women, have a black sheep to pin this on + undermine future domestic abusive victims, simply on the backs of this one case.

also note: the psychologist that so called "diagnosed" amber w historinic personality disorder aka "hysteria/annoying woman" disorder, never talked to her personally.

that's fair ! thank u for taking the time to write this ! i agree the way ppl r talking about this trial n making memes of it n stuff is very,,,,,, :/ n i do think it will affect other women, and i had no idea about the last part huh
