kinda unpopular opinion......?

Yeah this thread is bs

You can change your appearance in a positive way, sometimes it can be done in a negative way, and in the latter case, its better to attack societal beauty standards than plastic surgery and those who get it

Also if you really think it's a good argument to say "but you arent always happy with your body, dont preach self love" well then theres no point to this conversation. Their actions dont invalidate their points

Honestly maybe attack systems and corporations  instead of judge ppl on Instagram lol

but if it says past actions.. while i said in sum previous comments that you getting constant surgeries to look a certain way and also trying to talk abt self love is hypocritical...?
definition says past actions. example says current actions
then the example makes no sense because it says "you're smoking", not "you have smoked before"
oh my god thats not what i meant. you cant define anyone for their future actions. everything you do is done in the past.

so this had really nothing to do with plastic surgery or body modification at all, it was just an excuse for you to throw the word hypocrite around

cause honestly. i feel like. if the majority of the people involved in the body positivity hate their bodies but try to work up self love, and a very small minority actually do practice self love, it means the true definition of being body positive is about working your way up to it
if you think that's what I meant with this post, can't change ur mind, now can I
hating your body BUT wanting to actually love yourself for who you are and slowly working on your self steem isn't the same as getting plastic surgeries lol
and you clearly dont understand my point then. i guess its a mutual misunderstanding that i personally have no interest in clearing up

i think you phrased it better the first time though, it's not self love but body positivity

but to answer your question, when he's drunk, he does say oh i shouldnt have done this, oh ronja dont do this

Honestly considering I knew the danger in it and where it could lead I feel I had a responsibility despite still struggling. Doing something doesnt mean you condone itv
