It makes literally no sense because if some people will just do it either way you can't do anything like let's say you have a kid and let's name him Bjarte-Henrik because it's horrible, and Bjarte-Henrik is in some absurd way genetically coded to actually be a rapist, no matter what you do will hinder that he's that. If we just base it on the idea that some people will just do that either way, it's similar to telling someone with a lethal illness to just stop with that.
