yea no i think you're right. i think it's just a part of teenagers like need for identity tho. idk. thats my best guess about why kids are like this with a diagnosis. but like some kids are like that with football or anime or whatever llike just one thing becomes the entire identity. i guess its scarier when its a diagnosis though, thinking this way is probably pretty damadging itself. clearly psych docotrs need to do more to make sure kids know a diagnosis doesnt define who you are.

bpd is suprisingly common in our little internet community here compared to the general population and it makes me wonder if theres a connection or if its just a coincidence.

diagnoses are based purely on speculation and some are better resonated than others, some are correct. and some might be incorrect and get mixed up with eachother
