n usually my asthma meds help when i get a cough but at that time they did absolutely 0 to improve anything 
luckily no1 in my family has had any problems with covid rly so that's good

i haven't even had a proper cold since corona started but i've still gotten tested 4 times... cuz in finland they instruct you to get tested for any mild flu/cold-like symptoms

There's no way I'm doing that test unless I really have to. I just made sure to isolate/only go outside where there are no people instead.
