ive only paid for trafikalt grunnkurs i havent taken it yet
traffikalt grunnkurs is just a series of lessons. its like the recipe before you can start baking. they just want to make sure you have basic knowledge of road safety, first aid, car safety etc. theres no test you can fail or pass. the only two tests you have is teorien and oppkjøring.

but then you have the obligatory things like mørkekjøring, glattkjøring, langkjøring, landeveiskjøring etc. its not a test per say, but you have to pass it with a certain skill level. basically your driving instructor has to see that youve gained knowledge from the lessons, and that youre ready to move on to the next step in the training
i dont know about the other things but i know that i have to wait until the fall when it gets dark outside again so i can take mørkekjøring, but i think i can still test drive as long as its in the day

U can drive in the dark too lol, its just a matter of the dates of the year ur not allowed to drive

Yeah, the only requirements r the dates on the card u get (bevis på trafikalt grunnkurs elns) n not if its dark or not

i did the same thing. basically yout test license just expires in october or something, and youll get a new one once you take mørkekjøring. theyre not gonna shoot you if you drive after 9 pm in july.

honestly mørkekjøring is such a waste of time and money, but ur obligated to take it which is dumb.

try to drive as much as you can with parents etc, driving lessons are expensive.

driving is all about mengdetrening and experience, after you get comfortable in the car a lot of the techinqal things become muscle memory, and youll be able to focus more on traffic flow and your surroundings

Yep but he usually drives in the evening/night so ig theres way less controls then, but still I just ouff

Im always over the speed limit myself when I drive, but theres a difference between being 10 over and 50+ over

in norway after you take your license youre on a "trial" for 2 years.

basically, whenever the cops catch you doing bad in traffic you get prikker (dots) on your license, equal to how bad the offence was. after a certain amount of dots (i think its cool you lose your license.

during your trial you get double the dots for the same offence. so say im speeding , i get caught. normally if ive had my license for a while id get 2 dots on my license. but because im on a trial they would give me 4.
