Ive hated retail since I've started it and its because I hate customer service and I'm genuinely not good at it

I enjoy the business and sale aspect of retail but the customer service part? No I feel exploited tbh

The only service thing I imagine I'd like doing is bartending cus I like pouring dranks and people srent as pushy especially like in a dive bar  

My goal is home health the only reason I havent done that yet is I didnt have the means to learn how to drive feel like I wasted all of my twenties cuz it stalled my career development but better late than never I guess, when I do I'm exiting out of there 
ive always felt more exploited by management than by customers tbh i like customer intereaction and like even more at this job since my customers are girls aged 5-12 lmfao

lmfao its minimum wage- which in chicago is actually a reasonable wage lmfao but i was finna take this job if they told me two fifty plus tips

and i do make tips lmao i bought blaire with tip money lol
I'm making $12.10 w/o tips but tbf I work a lot of overtime and minimum wage in Montana is only $8.65. U can only make up to $14.05 on the union tho (you can make more as a non union manager buy screw retail managment)   I know ppl at other stores making $16 an hour and they're not even managers  

I definitely need to quit but I'm just sticking it out til I leave the retail industry entirely. 

My manager is trying to get me a raise which I dont get considering I let my substance abuse bleed into my job but he noticed I cleaned up my act so thnx I guess 

Also omg do you get kids using their allowance to tip u ever

I'd hate to deal with bitchy karen moms hence why I never applied 4 kids clothing stores

Cutting the tops off strawberries and labeling and lidding bowls is boring but I don't think going back to being on like 60-80 mg adderal to enjoy myself is a good idea it's a sign to quit

mostly the parents do the tipping but sometime they give money to the girl and say 'give this to the girl and say thank you' lol and im like 'oh wow im part of her learning how to tip lmfao
