Make them without a badge.
that's a good idea(more people interact with casual threads rather than "official"
My opinion of the usefulness of "FT" topics since the start is that most of them are useless as a team concept. FT would work to support events here that are site-related and need some forum-based extentions (auctions, limited drops, official threads but make them collector threads, the code thread, etc.) however, that often overlap with a lot of ET as well, so they could practically merge. The FT topics made to just attempt to create general engagement, have rarely been popular in my experience, and they are no different from a regular user making a topic about something they care about or want to discuss. Also, several times FT topics have come shortly after user topics about the same topic and well, gained the popularity, since FT topics - due to the team relation - do in a sense become the official topics related to that (as long as users respect that, of course.)And as we are such a small community, literally anyone could be hosting that topic and it wouldn't change much anyway - likely most of us know a FT member or have known one, and like teams ain't rly any prestige imo on this site, and does not ensure quality. Some topics suit better to have official "collector topics" (as i personally think about them), and others do not - and I think to a degree that depends on the userbases interests.

yeah, that was it.
