i have had multiple men touch me in situations similar to that. liek grabbing my arm or thigh. u talk to me for more than a single sentance im getting off the bus and taking a cab.
The dude at the bus station hugged me when we said "goodbye" cus I was going to the bus, but honestly it was fine idk. He wasn't as bad as other ppl I have seen, like it was obv uncomfy a bit but it wasn't that bad. I was luterally taking the bus to my dealers house tho, and when I got there he had another friend over also, and I said there was a junkie at the bus station that kept meowing at me like bruh, and they knew immediately who I was talking abt 😭😭 they said everyone he hangs out with immediately gets called a pill junkie tho so I was like 10% worried abt being called a pill junkie after that lol but it was fine

No idk honestly, ppl like that can be unpredictable also, its hard to know what to do. For some people it can be better to ignore them, but for some its gonna make it worse uknow. U never know

or another option is to pull out ur knife and make sure he knows u have a knife but that can backfire if they guy also has a knife
