i can see the appeal of being treated like an exception and not having expectations of you, but you do lose a limb if you go through with mutilating yourself, but at that point you are actually disabled and not just acting like it

im just using the word as used in the dictionary, and i am speaking in medical terms as in life bettering or neccessary, that its not medically neccessary but only mentally, comparing it to that of a person who feels dysphoria regardless if it is bc of gender or disabledness
