the coven faction is almost like an alternative to the mafia, but you can always make crazy modes with both,, in a custom lobby I would guess?
they have coven version game lobbies as well as things like lovers/rivals mode which completely change the goals. you are assigned a lover to keep alive or in rivals, a rival you need to get killed? and of course, a mafia vs town game, but with their new roles - but the coven modes use the new roles in general.
you would probably have to read up more on the roles and modes if you were interested in it .. but that wiki posted at the top defines the game aspects well.
