Hmm yeah, have u tried seeing if you had something in common the times u got them, like an allergy sort of thing, or you just did the same thing etc

i have tried, but there's no common thing. it's very random. i've tried to avoid foods and drinks that triggered it (which i thought) but it's still here so it wasn't related to it. yesterday it happened when i ate a smultring, but it didn't happen the day before when i ate one.

They have no idea now they want to check for B12 deficiency again but I didn't have it 3 months ago and I had the issues then too so

and i also don't know what is relevant to mention like is it relevant to mention the day i woke up with pain in my eye and the pain didn't go away until my eye started crying or whatever?? idk, maybe but probably not as that only happened once
