I guess, but is stating a well documented fact that people "change" when they get older really a superiority complex? 

Or like... I can totally say something like "I was like that but now I've grown and I'm not like that anymore." and not having it mean anything about special-ness or superiority. It's just a fact.

Yeah.... you kinda figure out that people are basically what you put in to them. Like. If you put in effort they'll put in more effort for you. And if you are interesting and talk about interesting things, they'll talk about that and open up and become interesting.

But a lot of the disappointment of the world and *people* is really just your own failure to communicate or understand it. 
this is so well said and true! 

My yoga teacher once told me "your vibe attracts your tribe" and I noticed that it is very true (ofc to some extend) I started living more according to that 'rule' and noticed more and more people coming in my life that are really amazing
