2. one person gets harsh punishment than the other who doesnt recieve any punishment

yeah, it's weird... and it's not about not talking or being quiet either? i've been in arguments, talked about some weird shit before and it's never had any implications on me n that's because im not doing the upmost everyday

If they break the rules equally then they get equal punishments. If so.wone has never broke that rule, as long as it's not major, they get a warning. If you've broken that same rule multiple times now, yes I'm gonna give that person a time out even if I gave the other a warning. That's not bias.
