all i mean is a LOT of the time discipline and the likes don't always work no matter what parents try. be realistic, i cant give an accurate percentage but a lot of teens, NOT ALL, but lots are more inclined to do the things they're "not supposed to" than when they aren't as enforced
im wording this poorly as always but i hope you get what i mean
as in they are more inclined to do what they are not allowed if there are rules against itor as in most teens will take advantage of no/less rules ?
