i do 16/8 intermittent fasting and as i said it works really well,  i work in the morning starting from 5am and i never had any problems with keeping my energy levels high despite not eating breakfast

there's like ok advice in this thread for LOSING weight but if you want to maintain lost weight + be healthy it's really about sustainable lifestyle changes ... you can't just eat salad with no oil / dressing because your body and brain need fats to function

worry less about calorie counting and start counting macros (prioritize high protein / high fiber nutrient dense foods! but don't cut out fats because you need them to digest other nutrients) + practice portion control

yes calorie restriction is basically the only way to actually lose weight but in the long run your body craves more calories because it needs it -- unless you have like unlimited willpower you're gonna end up bingeing and gaining the weight back

Yeah but like fr tho, when I had an ed, I would eat the most crap foods, like chips, noodles, candy, all that shit, I would just eat very little of it so I still maintained a low weight, like everything is FINE (weight wise), its just not healthy for ur body tho. I think some ppl do need to lax a bit abt what exactly they eat tho, and not just eat healthy n be done w it, cus some ppl do rlly b just eating an extreme amount of nuts, avocado, all that stuff cus its healthy but they gain weight cus its very calorie dense. I think it also depends of the country and your gastronomy culture.
In Spain we use more olive oil while in USA and a lot more other countries use more butter to cook. So we could give you some tips but maybe you are used to some types of food because of your culture. 

I dont know. I think the best would be to try somethings out and see how your body reacts or just go to a nutricionist.
