yea the bpd score had both the doctor and me surprised (when we did the test last time my score was highest on that, but not high enough to give me a diagnosis). avpd flares up bc of depression and social phobia, ocpd bc i'm high key perfectionist - dunno the story behind bpd tho. most of the time i feel very shitty but today i'm feeling exceptionally good (no bad thoughts screaming at me 24/7) and i feel like i could conquer the world basically. i don't experience mania but hypomania might be possible, though that's up for the doctors to diagnose
