Yep, that's hair that's been matted to resemble dreads! 

Idk how much of this thread youve read, but the only hair that dreads naturally is 4c (and sometimes 3c) textured hair, which is a hair texture ONLY black people have. The coils in their hair lock together to form dreads. It's a protective hairstyle to keep hair from getting damaged. However, for white people to have hair that looks like that, it has to be matted. White hair only mats when it's badly taken care of, dirty, and damaged, and mold will grow on the insides on the mats.

Not sure if I'm a bad finn since I don't know that much about vikings, but hey there weren't really vikings here (or I guess there where, but you know that many as there were in f.e. Denmark or Sweden of course)

Thus CA does not exist as a bad thing were I'm from. Why should CA be a bad thing in my country if it's a bad thing in yours? Do you have a right to tell  people from other countries how to think? If so why do you think you are superior? 

Like do you get what i'm saying? Diffrent countries, diffrent values, diffrent social rules.

vikings were more in dk, sweden and small parts of norway, so that's understandable.
