Tess is always trying through failure. I've given so much crap to Kaj from the start of this server that at some point it should sink in. However for qualification, I'm pretty sure I'm over qualified and don't think I should be expressing that since it really feels like I'm showing 7+ leadership resume to a basic entry level shopping position at the local grocery store. I also really hate talking about myself; it makes me feel overly selfish.

Since I've basically loss my sense of caring for others opinions of me, I really don't care if someone is a friend or not if they break the rules. Heather has always been my prime example for when she was younger and much more of a rebel then she is now. I used to time her out but I've also used to give her an upset message since I really don't want to see users getting banned but if they don't follow the rules I can't really save them from that possibility. It sucks but I have a job to do. I would hope they act better so that I wouldn't have too. Though I really do prefer users hating me, it makes things interesting but no one has really amused me by doing so... ;-;

I would rather not say whom isn't qualified in my eyes but I'd encourage people to consider both sides of why someone would be fit for a role. There's a lot of responsibilities to handle that take a lot of endurance for a person to deal with on a day to day basis. The admin would be expected to know everything up front even without any preparation. They'd also face personal attacks too easily. They'd be expected to handle threads when moderators are busy already. Just the sole fact that the person has the badge, they would be expected to always do their job with no break. There's a specific mentality needed to fulfill that type of role even if the individual isn't granted everything you think an admin should have access too. 

As for people I think are qualified, I have submitted my ballot privately but the user I've voted for has held moderator before. She lurks a lot but can vocalize her remarks with class when she does decide to post. She's is capable of handling herself when it comes to difficult decisions. I don't know how well she'd accomplish being an admin but I am sure granting her with the role would be not for greed or fame but one of true assistance for the users of Virtual Popstar.
