(just stating an argument, I don't think it is true and I feel like if you want to have a certain body type and choose to be this, you should do it, it's your body, your health, your future. sucks if you have a disease that keeps you on an extreme - either fat or super thin - and you didn't get to choose being so, but that's just life being a dick to people on a daily basis because it can)

I see someone smoking and I just have the stench in my nose and my throat itches
but, like truly, what is it with people thinking that smoking is sexy? I could come up with 100 better examples for a phalic objects to suckle/puff on instead of a tiny cigarette butt?

Actual body positivity = good
The current body positivity movement (aka fat positivity, health at every size etc)= very not good
