I looked up how asia measures to the rest of the world and south korea has had the highest growth of all the last like 100 years and they are right up with the us now. For the other countries idk but generally u see the old ppl r very small, but the young ppl get taller n taller, it seems like they just were a bit beind europe and america in height growth but now they are evening out more I think

I think esp seen from a north europe standpoint they might still be small, I think the average for south korean men were abt 172 in 2017 while in norway it was 179 (?) in 2012, and its even higher in some other countries. Not a major difference but its there

It's short yes, but then again, I feel like those I've seen are a bit taller. But mayb it's my destiny to meet taller people
