Yeah but like fr tho, when I had an ed, I would eat the most crap foods, like chips, noodles, candy, all that shit, I would just eat very little of it so I still maintained a low weight, like everything is FINE (weight wise), its just not healthy for ur body tho. I think some ppl do need to lax a bit abt what exactly they eat tho, and not just eat healthy n be done w it, cus some ppl do rlly b just eating an extreme amount of nuts, avocado, all that stuff cus its healthy but they gain weight cus its very calorie dense. Yessss exactly what i think. Finally someone says it. People just be eating tons of avocado to lose weight and it actually has a lot of calories. My dad when he lose weight he ate not only healthy food, he sometimes ate some meat and it is ok because he meassured the cuantity.
