Yeah it helps w analyzing what emotions are "correct" (aka beneficial vs non-beneficial/unrational thinking emotions) and thats good cus
I hate ppl that just feel stuff that is obv wrong and they don't even realize. Or when ppl explain how something works or what is right/wrong based on emotion only and not actual brain thinking, I do not respecc
