but the rind turns out super crispy n yummy
however for chrismas dinner meats i like medisterpølse the best, which is a sort of sausage w super minced meats n fats w spices lmao it sounds gross i guess when actually thinking of whats in it, but consistency n taste is very nice
and also something called innmatpølse which translates to ?offal?sausage but its basically medisterpølse just w added lungs n hearts ..... but also SO yummy

as for not-christmas-eve-dinner-foods i really really do like kabaret

which is (usually) shrimp n fish + peas n carrots and hard boiled eggs in aspic
i like it on sliced bread
