i don't have an opinion on the child situation, therefor I didn't mention it, and if it isn't consensual it would be rape

It don't have to necessarily have to do with children, this can happen in any age. And as MossPiglet also made point, manipulation is easy to do in these situations. I can't even think how hard it is to go in front of a family member in the first place.

incest is disgusting but if it's between consenting adults who don't have a kind of mental disorder that stops them from consenting it shouldn't be punished by the state as long as no offsprings are being 'produced'.

all the male psychiatrists and doctors i saw when i was hospitilazed for a suicide attempt were so cold and even smiled at me when i talked abt the sexual assaults that had given me trauma for life.
the women i talked to however, sat down next to me, one even cried w me and made sure i was okay before letting me leave the facility.

men shouldn't be around women. periodt.

i have had the exact opposite, all women have been horrible and very unprofessional in mental health related jobs, i always prefer my psychiatrists to be men
idk if this has an effect but i am also a trans man and women always tend to be transphobic or just rude

plus grooming is a big thing, which isn't real concent, but manipulation - which is normal in abusive households. It's not consent, even tho the victim has stockholm syndrome, they realize often years after. It's extremely rare if siblings or real consent i family is a thing (sexually). Often the reason ppl made it illegal - so victims can report. Usually it's taboo and not ever reported with or without consent.

i think its best to have very much variation of all people specially in mental health field. Like when I was sent to a facility only one nurse took me to really talk what happend and he just listened and gave me advice, nearly all other nurses were women and they all just seemed to look down on me. I selfharmed in the bathroom at night and bled to my hospital clothing and sheets and the one main nurse i had just brought me new sheets and clothes and didnt even say much. Just looked at me angrily and said something along the lines that try not to bleed on the sheets again.

Yes it is rape. But incest cases also unwrap abuse in the family household, it's not to attack two consenting family members who has sex - that never happens.
