This is a very good idea.
The healthiest foods are the cheapest ones, there are no excuses. Unhealthy food are not meals!
It's just that the food industry fucked up our taste buds and it doesn't seem appealing to us to eat potatoes, for example. We have to get back to nature , renew our taste buds, and learn how to cook and cope with those unprocessed foods..
Grains, pasta (whole wheat for exmaple), potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds are so cheap if non-organic. You can also go into the woods and pick wild fruits herbs. But no one's is interested in that I guess. But it's for free, saves money and gives you more nutrition than you'd get with those foods in a year combined.
No one says you can not enjoy every once in a while your cookies and stuff, but what I see now is that people are relying on those foods as meals éach day. That is unacceptable and makes me sad.
Obesity is a pandemic in fact. It kills more people worlwide than Corona. Probably 100x as much. The time of volunatry is over, politics have to act now.
We have failed as humanity, we need to repair the damage. We need to change the system, for humans and not against them.
WAKE UP!
lmao i do agree that humans should learn to forage their own food again, but you cant just live on berries and fruit sksksk you wont get a meal out of it that will replace what you buy in the stores, i also see people being like uwu i cant eat wild berries cus its not healthy.. i mean that depends on where you live but when i was a kid we used to pick berries all the time lol, and people still do it, probably shouldnt do it if you live in a heavily populated area though, understandably
i mean just buy some land buy some cattle plant some potatoes, live that european colonizing life, instead of that american capitalist life
