idk sometimes with potatoes the cosmetic damage harms its shelf life
when we would harvest potatoes on the farm if we nicked it with a tool or if a grub got in it, it was still edible but we had to eat it asap, we took those home

I said what I said. You're the only person since I started here 1,5 years ago that actually show to have in-depth knowledge about the stuff I keep going on about. (There's possibly like 1-2 other people but they don't really chat with me often.)
