Or are Haredim yes. Even in a lot of the weddings I've been to the groom will wear like, a nice shirt and pants. Not suit jacket.

like temperature-wise hot? you could go linen or cotton/mix that's loosely enough thread that it breathes. you're supposed to wear light layers when it's warm, right?
