Even if I personally do not engage in that type of behavior, I still believe that it should be permitted. You can dislike a person whilst allowing them to exist on a forum. I do not see the point in holding personal grudges against random trolls. In the end of the day, it takes zero effort to ignore someone. We should start doing that instead of resorting to banning.
