honestly, it's a good way to get to know ur body! but when i first got it i had the hardest time to get it in there and idk? u have to explore n find a method that works for u !! i would recommend a cup with a little stem so u can get it out easier!! but if it were 2 get 'stuck' u can just push it out as if u were shitting it out lmAO

I just wear the normal ones all the time but I don't think I felt a big difference between the big ones n the regular ones when I did use them 
Maybe, i guess it depends from time to time, when i bleed through at night, it's usually front or back and not the sides. I'm also not really a heavy bleeder at night, so i don't feel like the night ones are needed.
