I actually agree

The best argument I've heard is a lot of gender neutral language involving anatomy probably wont stick until we get better terms

Gendered sports.... if you mean softball and volleyball for girls, football and baseball for boys, fuck that

If you mean ending gender segregation... I dont have the answer. I mean the idea women cant compete against boys is kinda shitty, yet men do have many advantages girls dont... yet are sports really fair? Even amongst girls only some have more advantages right?

I think sport leagues have the right to have standards like testosterone testing, height requirements, ect. That's all I got

As many people said in this thread, being a woman isn't about your genitalia or organs, it's about you. How you feel, not your personality, not your appearance, not the way you speak, but how you feel.

As an example, I don't feel like a woman, I look like one based on stereotypes and what we perceive as feminine, but I don't feel like one, therefore I'm not a woman.
that's not how social constructs work tho

If youre going to have a surgery just to prove a point youre taking it too far. Its not worth it. Nobody would know if u have an uterus or not anyway. You can rather just go on and tell people you dont have an uterus without actually removing it. It would not make that much of a difference just for yourself because you know you are lying.
removing my uterus to own the libs
But like. Why do you care. Why do any of you care.
so i can get like online debate points duhh #owned #redpilled

For me at least, the whole reason I am trans is that I don't fit the social construct of man by birth, but I feel like I should. For me that manifests mostly in physical dysphoria (a medical diagnosis I have from multiple professionals, not a debate darling) that causes social dysphoria. The best treatment there is for dysphoria for most people is transitioning, that's why you have older people still coming out, because nothing else worked for them.

Just. It's not about you or womanhood or whatever.

i feel like this is separate from what i replied to?

i know transgenderism exists and that dysphoria is a real thing.

but i also believe that there are only 2 genders: men and women, that we acknowledge as society. that was the point i'm making. and as long as you look like a gender (ie. you belong to the phenotypes of said gender) people are going to see you as that gender, regardless of what you say for yourself.

i just... don't understand neogenders. when someone says 'i don't feel like a man/woman, i am agender, x-gender, bi-gender, non-binary" it just doesn't compute. because what do those things even mean.

like i know what they're defined as on paper, but i just don't understand what it means when you say 'you have no gender'?
