right, i feel like ppl esp some students go hard ass in early twenties but after partying hard - not so much after that, maybe once in a while but not to that extent.
Im embarassed to go intoxicated everyday now, but it's different times for me so one deals absolute wrong, atleast it feels good with alc, and idc either if one get judges. Or I do care, but at the same time there's nothing more to lose.

Also i'd never judge someone if they did this often too, it often a reaction or sign.. That one def something one struggles with, so when people judge it's about people who needs help?

i dont like sweet drinks. dry, or brut, just means its not sweet, or less sweet. that very dry feeling you get in your mouth, especially after drinking certain red wines is caused by tanins. which comes form the leaves and stems of the grapes. its also what causes the dry bitterness in tea when you steep it too hard.

im not a fan of too many tanins, but im not a fan of sweet wine either. i prefer more acidity and richer flavors. im also a beer person, so i happen to enjoy the bitterness of certain drinks

i currently work in two different restaurants and one bar. theyre both seafood restaurants though. which is nice, because the type of acidic, lighter wines i tend to like go really well with a lot of the dishes we have on he meny
