This 100%. 

I also have major anxiety about my upcoming (not yet scheduled) vaccine and stuff like this isn’t helping to overcome my fear or ease the anxiety. Instead it does the opposite. Not cool

my irrationel brain is gonna be like okay so im gonna die soon
and my rationel brain is telling me, how do we even know if it WAS the vaccine's fault
